Sandblasted Signs

I do not and will not use Redwood

Sandblasted signs are dimensional signs which are traditionally made from old growth redwood. However, I do not support the use of these magnificent giants for such purposes.  Since most of the other trees which are used to produce sandblasted signs are also from old growth cedar and fir, I also do not support using any old growth trees whenever possible.  Therefore all my blasted signs are done on synthetic sign materials (HDU).

The process for making a sandblasted sign is to cover the sign board with a special masking material.  Then cut in your design and remove the cut masking from the areas which are to be ripped away by the sand.

Sandblasted Signs are best suited for businesses and individuals looking to have a dimensional sign which is priced less then a quality carved sign.
